Agustín Sáez Gómez

Lawyer specialized in Global Mobility, with huge experience working in national and international environments.
I am graduated in Spanish law and registered as a qualified lawyer for the last 13 years, with specialization in Global Mobility and Spanish Immigration Law. I am also certified in Advanced English (C1) by the prestigious Cambridge University, holding also English Proficiency Certificate by International Language Academy of Canada (ILAC), having studied in Toronto, giving me a wide perspective of expatriates needs.
With more than 13 years of work experience as a lawyer, and deep knowledge of immigration regulations, I am used to work with multinational companies and their global workforce. Because of this background, I am able to provide with the best legal expertise, explaining most feasible options, reducing risks, seeing big picture of each situation, and setting expectations accordingly, making the talent and company enjoy each immigration process.
Assisting companies with their Global Mobility matters, helping them with their international talent hirings, global assignments, employee transfers, or business trips from every perspective which involves these procedures (immigration, tax, labor and Social Security), trying to create a comfortable relationship with the companies and their talent.

Having C1 qualification in English is particularly beneficial in working with international clients and handling cases involving English-speaking individuals or multinational companies.
Living and working in London for four years has likely given me firsthand exposure to international mobility and the complexities that individuals and companies face when dealing with cross-border employment matters.
